This Privacy Policy describes how Game Command LLC ("Game Command," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gamecommandne.com or contact us through this site.
This policy covers Game Command LLC's corporate site only. Each brand operating under Game Command LLC — 402sites, PennedHQ, Slate — has its own site and may have its own privacy practices. Where a brand has its own privacy policy, that policy governs use of that brand's site.

What we collect
Information you give us through the contact form
When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive:
- The name you provide
- The email address you provide
- The topic you select
- The message text you write
We do not collect a phone number, postal address, payment information, or any government-issued identifier through this site.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs. These logs include the requesting IP address, the URL requested, the timestamp, the user agent string (browser identifier), and the HTTP response code. We use these logs to monitor uptime, debug errors, and identify abusive traffic.
Cookies
This corporate site does not set first-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising tracker on this domain.

How we use what we collect
Information you submit through the contact form is delivered to a single mailbox (admin@gamecommandne.com) and used to respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing. It is not sold or rented. It is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Server logs are used internally for operations. They are not published, sold, or shared.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions live in our email system as ordinary email. Following standard small-business practice, we retain corporate correspondence for up to 24 months and then delete it, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, tax, or contractual reasons.
Server access logs rotate every 14 days.
Where it is stored
This site runs on a server located in the United States. Email is hosted by Google Workspace and resides on Google infrastructure. We do not transfer your data outside the United States as part of routine operations.
Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete the information we hold about you, to the extent we are able and the law permits
To make any of these requests, email admin@gamecommandne.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for adults conducting business with Game Command LLC. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information described above — transport-layer encryption, access-controlled mailboxes, and minimal data collection. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not warrant absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the "Effective" date at the top will move forward and we will note the change on this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
